Arsenal vs Leeds LIVE: Premier League latest score and goal updates as Havertz starts | Football

Arsenal are looking to get back to winning ways against Leeds United as the Premier League returns from a lengthy international break.

Mikel Arteta’s side won their first four games of the season but were left stunned before the break after being thumped 3-0 by Brighton.

The Gunners will be without summer signings Christos Tzolis after he injured himself playing for Greece, while Kai Havertz and Ezri Konsa are also doubts.

Leeds, meanwhile, who are without Joe Rodon and Dan James, are looking to continue their unbeaten start to the season, having won two and drawn three of their first five games.

Alan Shearer’s prediction

Speaking in his weekly Metro column, former Newcastle striker Alan Shearer said: ‘I think Leeds have been really good. That’s not really a surprise because I think I had them just above mid-table in my season predictions. They’re a good team, they’ve signed some good players, and they’ve had a really good start.

‘Despite Leeds’ good start, I think Arsenal will have to bounce back after that Brighton defeat and I think they will bounce back, so I’m going for a home win.’

Prediction: Arsenal win

Unchanged from Daniel Farke

The Leeds boss names an unchanged XI from the 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace before the break.

Harry Wilson missed that draw with an injury, and the international break with Wales, but is back amongst the subs today.

Madueke starts as Konsa and Havertz passed fit

With Tzolis injured, Arteta has handed Madueke his first league start of the season on the left wing.

Elsewhere, there’s positive news for Konsa and Havertz, who are both fit to start today. White is also back and at right-back, with Timber amongst the subs.

Leeds confirmed starting lineup

Leeds XI: Trafford, Bogle, Gudmundsson, Ampadu, Muharemovic, Calvert-Lewin, Stach, Okafor, Tanaka, Justin, Elvedi.

Subs: Zetterer, Longstaff, Wilson, Aaronson, Nmecha, Bijol, Bahoya, Bard, Gruev.

Arsenal confirmed starting lineup
